The FLIPPED Classroom: A Snapshot

This video was created as a precursor to a workshop I conducted for L&D professional on the Flipped Classroom. For those of you unaware, the flipped classroom model is a form of blended learning where key content is delivered, primarily, via videos at home prior to the classroom lesson. The face-to-face aspect of the learning involves a more hands-on, application approach to the material. I found that during classroom time I still need to do 'mini lectures' as teaching moments presented themselves.
